Terms of Service

These Terms govern your use of the RestoreKit website (restorekit.dev) and your purchase and use of the RestoreKit product, provided by NEXINFINITY META (OPC) PRIVATE LIMITED ("we", "us"). By using the site or buying the product, you agree to these Terms.

The product & license

RestoreKit is a source-code developer tool. It is licensed, not sold, under the RestoreKit License Agreement included with your purchase. Two tiers are offered:

• Single Application — use in one commercial app.
• Unlimited — use in any number of apps you own.

You may not resell, redistribute, sublicense, or publish the source code. The License Agreement delivered with the product is the full and controlling set of license terms.

Purchases & payments

Purchases are processed by our merchant of record, Polar (Polar Software, Inc.), which handles payment, invoicing, and applicable taxes. By completing a purchase you also agree to Polar's terms. Prices are shown in USD; your bank may convert to your local currency.

Refunds

Because RestoreKit delivers full source code immediately upon purchase, sales are generally final. If something isn't working or you bought in error, contact support@restorekit.dev within 14 days and we'll review it case by case (refunds are issued via Polar).

Acceptable use

Don't misuse the site, attempt to disrupt it, or use the product in violation of the License Agreement or applicable law.

Disclaimer & limitation of liability

The product and site are provided "as is", without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the license, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, as further set out in the License Agreement.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India.
